At First Literacy, we know that teachers are the backbone of the adult education system. Supporting the front line in Adult Basic Education helps ensure that adult learners receive the high-quality education they need to reach their full potential.

Teacher Appreciation Week is May 8 to May 12, take time to honor and support the teachers who are changing lives and inspiring growth in education. Your donation will help First Literacy continue to provide teachers with the support they need to bring innovative programs and evidence-based techniques into the classroom. The more resources and support teachers have the greater the impact on the lives of adult learners.

To honor a teacher with your donation simply note the teacher’s name when you submit your donation online. We will proudly display teacher names below.
