OUR IMPACT IN FISCAL YEAR 2025

Our reach and impact grew in the 2024-2025 fiscal year. First Literacy programs reached 34 cities and towns outside the Metro-Boston area (up from 29 in fiscal year 2024) and 15 within the Metro-Boston area (up from 10 in fiscal year 2024). Over 200 educators attended professional development workshops, impacting more than 7,600 adult learners across Massachusetts. A total of 26 scholarships were awarded to adult learners and the number of adult learners benefiting from grant-funded programs increased from 321 in FY2024 to 714 in FY2025.
